Account Manager for Benefit Cosmetics within Boots.

Full time, permanent contract.

You will have the overall responsibility for a Benefit counter within a Store. You will lead a team of Beauty Consultants by setting the perfect example, maximising sales opportunities and providing an exciting shopping experience. Duties include training and coaching your team, monitoring performance, reporting sales figures, effectively communicating with management and running promotions and special events.

• At least 2 years retail/customer service experience gained in a similar role.
• High energy levels and a passion to succeed!
