Competition Terms & Conditions

• Competition open to UK residents only, excluding employees of Gyle Shopping Centre Ltd, the competition provider or any of their affiliates.
• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
• At 1700 GMT on the last Friday of each month, one current subscriber to The Gyle Shopping Centre's newsletter will chosen at random to receive a £50 Gyle Gift Cheque.
• The prize is as stated and is not transferable. No cash substitute can be provided. Gyle Shopping Centre Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of the same value should this prize become unavailable. No purchase necessary. The decision of the organisers is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Details of winners will be available one month after the published closing date and will be supplied upon receipt of a stamped, addressed envelope.
• Entry is only accepted via the newsletter sign-up facility at www.gyleshopping.com.
• On providing your email address, an email will be sent to this address for confirmation purposes. You must confirm your subscription by following the simple instructions in the email to be elligible for your chance to win.
• Gyle Shopping Centre Ltd shall not be held responsible for technical errors in telecommunication networks, internet access or otherwise, preventing entry at this website.
• Entrants must supply their name and a valid email address as the winner will be contacted by email.
• One entry per person.
• One £50 Gyle Gift Cheque win per subscriber.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, damaged or not received for whatsoever reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
• Your email address will only be used for the purpose of sending you our newsletter. We respect your privacy, and we will not pass your email on to any other organisations.
